Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: Appointments can be scheduled between 5am to 9pm daily

Q: Can you administer medication and/or assist with post-surgical needs?

A: Absolutely!! With over 20 years of experience, we’ve become experts in administering pills, drops, injections, and liquid medications in addition to other post-surgical care

Q: What are the sleeping arrangements at your home?

A: Pets are never crated overnight (unless specifically requested) and we go to great lengths to ensure that your favorite friend has as similar of sleeping arrangements here as they would at their regular residence

Q: Are my animals safe?

A: Absolutely!! Safety is our top priority, pets are diligently screened before any admittance, and continual positive behavior reinforcements are always administered

Q: What are my payment options?

A: Payment is not required in advance (although you may if you’d like), an invoice will be provided at the end of your stay. In the case that your pet stays with us frequently, an invoice will be provided bi-weekly

Q: What if I suddenly have to cancel?

A: Cancelation is free up to 24 hours prior to the start of your pets’ stay

Q: Can you accommodate dogs of any size?

A: Yes!

Q: Can I call to check on my pet?

A: Absolutely! We love providing pet owners peace of mind, and if that means a phone call home, we’d love to provide it

A: Yes! We feed a complimentary, gourmet breakfast, lunch, and dinner to all campers!

Q: When I send my cat to Cool Cats, will he/she be fed?

A: Yes! We feed a complimentary, gourmet breakfast, lunch, and dinner to all of our Cool Cats friends!
